鞠球又稱手鞠、手毬，源於中國，用於拋擲把玩的童玩，流傳到日本後發展為藝術形式，是一種結合纏繞、幾何圖案切割與縫線刺繡的傳統工藝。目前全世界各地皆有各具風格的鞠球創作。
Temari Ball also named Hand Temari and handball, is originally from China, a toy to throw and toss. It is a traditional craft that combines winding, geometric pattern cutting and stitch embroidery. Nowadays, there are various styles of Temari Ball creations all over the world.

纏花工藝是一種以纖維為材料的編織技藝，傳統纏花工藝主要以纏繞為主體技法，以金屬絲、紙片、絲線為基本材料，透過纏、繞、捻、盤、綁等技法，以純手工一絲一線纏繞製作而成。
Chan-hua craft is a kind of weaving artifice that uses fiber as material. The main skill of Chan-hua is winding, with metal wire, paper and thread as basic materials. Through winding, twisting, coiling and tying skills, , made entirely by hand.
